The Challenge

As part of Verizon's NFL partnership, the retail team was tasked with driving awareness and adoption of content available through the
My Verizon app. Unlike traditional retail campaigns that benefit from multiple physical touchpoints, this initiative relied entirely on a digital retail footprint, requiring the creative to capture attention, communicate value, and drive action within seconds.

The challenge was further complicated by the need to balance Verizon brand standards, NFL partnership guidelines, and existing campaign assets while creating an experience compelling enough to break through the visual noise of the retail environment.

The Solution

As Lead Designer for the retail channel execution, I developed a streamlined digital campaign designed to maximize impact within an extremely limited engagement window.

Leveraging CGI campaign assets, NFL creative guidelines, and Verizon's retail toolkit, I translated a complex partnership message into a concise and highly visual customer experience. The creative strategy prioritized clarity and immediacy, using bold imagery, simplified messaging, and purposeful motion to quickly communicate the value proposition and direct customers to the My Verizon app.

Working across stakeholders and partner requirements, I ensured the experience remained visually engaging while maintaining consistency with both Verizon and NFL brand standards.

The Result

The final campaign transformed a limited digital footprint into a high-visibility retail moment, successfully connecting one of Verizon's most prominent partnership platforms with a clear customer action.

By distilling the message into an experience that could educate, engage, and inspire action in under twelve seconds, the work demonstrated how strategic design can create impact even within highly constrained environments.
