BLT Restaurant Group's portfolio included multiple restaurant concepts, each with its own personality, audience, and dining experience. The challenge was to maintain a consistent level of brand excellence across a diverse collection of properties while ensuring that each location retained its distinct identity.

From menus and marketing materials to environmental graphics and guest-facing communications, every touchpoint played a role in shaping how guests experienced the brand. The opportunity required balancing operational needs, marketing objectives, and design consistency across a fast-paced hospitality environment.

As a Graphic Designer, I partnered closely with marketing, operations, and restaurant leadership teams to develop creative solutions that supported both the business and guest experience.

My work spanned a broad range of applications, including menu systems, marketing collateral, digital communications, promotional materials, and environmental graphics. By approaching each project through the lens of the customer journey, I helped ensure that every touchpoint contributed to a cohesive and elevated brand experience.

Working across multiple restaurant concepts also required a disciplined approach to brand stewardship. I developed and adapted creative assets that respected the unique character of each property while maintaining the sophistication, quality, and attention to detail that defined the broader BLT portfolio.
